Anyone active on your payroll or attendance register in that month. Leavers stop billing the month they leave; contractors you only pay through Qadra count as employees. Applicants and interview candidates are free and unlimited.
Yes — naira is the default for Nigerian entities, invoiced monthly or annually by bank transfer or card. As we expand into Kenya and Ghana, local invoicing will follow.
No. Data migration, configuration and admin training are included on every plan. Custom plans with private-cloud deployment or bespoke development are scoped separately.
Nothing breaks. Headcount minimums are guidance, not gates — you can stay on Starter at 40 people if the features suit you. We'll flag when a higher plan would cost you less per head.
Always. Export employee records, payroll history, documents and attendance logs at any time in CSV or via the API. On cancellation we keep data for 30 days for retrieval, then delete it permanently.
